Thank you for shopping with Tan Apparel. We want to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders placed on our website require a processing and dispatch period before they are handed over to our logistics partner.
- Standard Dispatch Time: 1–2 working days from the date of order confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched
Working days refer to Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your location and are estimated as follows:

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 3–9 working days depending on your location.
These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary based on your pin code, courier partner availability, and other factors.
3. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. Availability of delivery to certain remote or restricted pin codes may vary based on our logistics partners' coverage.
If your pin code is not serviceable at the time of ordering, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
International shipping is not available at this time.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment
- Charges may vary based on order value, weight, and delivery location
- We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value — any such offer will be clearly communicated on the website
5. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters
- Public holidays or regional shutdowns
- High volume periods such as festive seasons or sale events
- Courier or logistics partner disruptions
- Strikes, civil unrest, or government restrictions
- Remote or difficult-to-access delivery locations
In such cases, Tan Apparel will not be held liable for delivery delays. However, we will do our best to keep you informed and work with our logistics partners to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
- A link to track your order in real time via our logistics partner's platform
You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or by contacting us directly with your Order ID.
7. Failed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin)
If a delivery attempt fails due to any of the following reasons, the package may be returned to us:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
- Customer unavailable at the time of delivery after multiple attempts
- Refusal to accept the package
In such cases:
- We do not offer refunds for orders returned due to failed delivery caused by customer error
- If you wish to have the order re-dispatched, re-shipping charges will apply
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives in visibly damaged packaging, we recommend:
- Taking a clear photograph or video of the package before opening it
- Contacting us within 48 hours of delivery at tanapparelofficial@gmail.com with your Order ID and images
We will review your claim and work towards a resolution. Claims raised after 48 hours will not be entertained.
9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address, including flat/house number, street name, city, state, and pin code, is complete and accurate when placing your order. Tan Apparel is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
