Refund policy

We put a lot of care into our products, and we hope you love your order. Before you shop, here's what you need to know about our policy:

No Returns, Period. We don't accept returns. Once your order is placed and delivered, it's yours. So please double-check your size using our Size Guide and read the product description before hitting that "Buy" button we've made it easy for a reason!

Exchanges? Yes, But Here's the Deal. Not the right size? No worries - we'll help you swap it, but here's how it works:

  • You'll need to ship the item back to us at your own cost.
  • Once we receive and inspect it, we'll ship out your new item and that shipping cost is on you too.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags on.
  • You've got 3 days from delivery to raise an exchange request.

Think of it simply: you pay the shipping both ways, and we'll sort out the rest.

Got a Damaged Item? That's on us. Reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right.

Refunds - We don't offer refunds. In very special cases, store credit may be considered but that's entirely up to our team.
